1. Data we process

We may process: first and last name, phone number, email address, company or Spanish tax identification number if provided, municipality, message or described needs, appointment details and technical browsing information (IP address, device and logs) where applicable.

2. Purposes

Responding to information requests, quotes and appointment bookings through web forms, WhatsApp, phone or email. Managing pre-contractual or contractual relationships for tax, accounting or CAE advisory services. Meeting tax, company and consumer law obligations. Improving the website and its security through logs and technical measures.

Marketing communications will only be sent if the user has given prior, separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Legal basis

The data subject’s consent; performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; compliance with a legal obligation; and legitimate interests in website security and handling enquiries, where applicable.

4. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary for its purpose, the relationship with the data subject and statutory limitation or document retention periods. Marketing data will be kept until consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required, to processors (hosting, email, CRM/Odoo and technical tools) under contract, or with consent. If transfers outside the EEA occur, appropriate safeguards will apply, such as EU standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised safeguards.

6. Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and, where applicable, not to be subject to automated decisions by emailing asesor@rentafiscal.com and specifying the right you wish to exercise. Additional identity verification information will only be requested where there are reasonable doubts. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.

7. Minors

Services are not aimed at children under 14. If data relating to minors is identified without an appropriate legal basis, it will be deleted.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Cookies

Cookie use is described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies will only be activated in accordance with the preferences expressed by the user.

10. Links to external services

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google Maps buttons lead to external services. Their providers’ terms and policies also apply when you access them. The footer map opens through a link and is not automatically loaded as embedded content.

11. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version is the one published on the website.
